Fashion designer and marketer Esme co-ordinates our ongoing marketing activities as the company continues to grow its client base. She also shares our entrepreneurial spirit, running her own sustainable fashion brand This Uniform alongside her work for B-People.

Erfan graduated from Iran’s prestigious Allameh Tabataba’i University in 2018 and went on to gain a Masters Degree in Human Resources at Lancaster University before settling in the UK. At B-People he identified brilliant candidates for a wide variety of roles, as well as helping to advance our diversity and refugee employment objectives. He now works in a full-time HR role at the Financial Ombudsman Service.

Anjola worked alongside our recruitment team in 2020 to gain valuable work experience during the global pandemic.

Rae was our very first intern, joining us for several months in 2019 to help build our client base and a reputation for doing things differently.

The Launchpad Collective is a Brighton-based CiC dedicated to supporting refugees into employment and increasing diversity in the workplace. B-People played a key role in starting and supporting the initiative and continues to work closely with the TLC team.
