Jessica Hilton is an experienced, international talent consultant and problem solver specialising in holistic Leadership roles across HR, Marketing & Sales, and the Managing Director of B-People.
In the past, Jess had built a very successful HR desk focused on Technology, Media and Telecommunications businesses at Annapurna HR. This work was the foundation for the strong grasp of forward-thinking, digitally-inclined and creative people agendas that today Jess knows extremely well. She remains passionate about working with clients, candidates and networks managing in this situation often with intricate challenges.
Jess then joined a smaller, growing executive search firm (Sten Partners) to establish a new HR Practice with a more global scope and a remit to expand HR search to industries outside the technology sector but with a strong digital bias. This included businesses experiencing enterprise-scale change as they seek to keep up with rapid technological advances, whilst also exploiting the myriad opportunities this presents.
In late 2017, Jess had the opportunity to create B-People with one of her executive HR clients. In this, Jess saw the opportunity to create a compelling new proposition and platform for clients based on transparency, shared-risk and new insights. Since then, through trust and the strength of our relationships and success, we have been able to expand our offering into Marketing & Sales roles as well with particular interest in large-scale transformation, and bespoke projects and ideas around inclusion.
Jess is now on a personal mission to continue to build a business focused on finding the very best opportunities within companies that we know are interesting and matching them to people who we know are great, and doing so ethically. B-people have and will only hire consultants who we know are passionate about creating change in some way, who we know want to keep learning about our markets and connecting with the thought-leaders to help us be the best, and we will give back to the community as well. The more success we see, the more we can help, and that is our big-picture!

Finn specialises in placing candidates from graduate level to 5 years' experience into sales, marketing & account management roles in high-growth technology and information services businesses across Europe. As a graduate in Politics & International Relations from the University of Reading, Finn has a passion for matching highly capable, motivated candidates with innovative purpose-driven businesses.
Having spent time with B-People / Talent 3.0 in the early stages of the business, Finn went on to focus on working with top graduates and second jobbers at another London-based firm, before returning to start a new desk that adds even more value to new and existing B-People clients.

Rich Tribe is an experienced entrepreneur and marketing strategist who has grown successful businesses in a number of highly dynamic sectors, all with a strong technology focus.
Rich spent the early part of his career at Reed Business Information and Macmillan Magazines, initially as part of the launch team for Personnel Today before marketing leading publications such as Computer Weekly, Nursing Times and Health Service Journal.
After working on The Which? Computer Show in the booming IT market of the early-90s, Rich joined the start-up team at Interactive Group, developing a ground-breaking series of seminar-based software events such as Softworld Accounting & Finance and Softworld HR & Payroll.
Having developed a taste for market innovation and disrupting the norm, Rich launched the first of his own businesses in 1999 when he started Revolution Events, delivering sector-specific conferences to explain the new opportunities emerging from e-business and e-commerce technologies. Revolution has gone on to deliver hundreds of events across a wide range of markets, including the highly-acclaimed HR Futures conference and numerous bespoke projects around the People Agenda.
Using creative thinking, high-quality data and excellent customer service as a common foundation, Rich has subsequently co-founded several successful businesses in Europe and the United States, including the digital marketing innovator Inbox Insight and now the next generation of HR talent management with B-People.
Ralph Tribe is Non-Executive Director of B-People. Based on his own experiences as a client, Ralph saw an opportunity to bring a more compelling HR Search proposition to the market with a deeper emphasis on; finding closer fit between clients and candidates from the first shortlist onwards; better shared risk; building a vibrant community amongst clients and candidates who enthusiastically face the challenges of extreme digital disruption.
Ralph is Chief People Officer at Ascential plc, a global media and information company listed on the London Stock Exchange. He joined from Sky plc, Europe’s largest entertainment company, where he was Director for People for the UK and Ireland. Prior to Sky, Ralph was part of the team that created Getty Images, where he was Vice President of Human Resources.
Well known for his insights on technological disruption and HR transformation, Ralph is a regular speaker at conferences & events and a contributor to the CIPD’s “Future Of…” scenario planning series. At Sky, Ralph’s team won several industry Awards, including awards for Diversity/Women in Leadership and the BitC Award for Best UK Employer of Young People. At Getty his team were winners of the Personnel Today Award for Global HR Excellence.
